Witnesseth and will confirm that you have tentatively secured a fishing trip for ___________ to _____________ (dates). Or the hunting trip for ____________ to _____________ (dates).

The price of this fishing or hunting trip is $__________ (per person) with a deposit of 50% or $_________ (per person) required. The balance of $_________ is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival at the Lodge. Deposit is non-refundable within 90 days of trips dates.

Fishing on remote rivers or Hunting big game is by nature a potentially dangerous sport. Even though our guides are well qualified and experienced, we must advise you that we cannot be held liable for your personal safety, or for loss or damages to your property, or for any additional expenses, or the negligence of any company or personnel with whom we contract for services (eg., air taxi services). Uncontrollable circumstances are beyond our control, particularly the weather, which may effect your trip. Come prepared and know your physical limitations. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you have carefully read this contract and are satisfied with these arrangements and with the terms and conditions, please sign and return it to us with your deposit.
